Non Piercing Nipple Jewelry Might Help Your Breasts Stay Healthy!

What if you could reduce your risk of breast cancer by stimulating your nipples, and surrounding breast tissue. Would you pay more loving attention to your breasts?

As women, most of us are concerned about our breast health. The dreaded phrase “Breast Cancer” is always looming in the back of our minds, like a hideous beast waiting in the shadows to get us as soon as the lights go out.

But what if you could reduce your risk of breast cancer by stimulating your nipples, and surrounding breast tissue.

Would you pay more loving attention to your breasts?

A couple months ago I had a bit of a scare. I was putting on my Chaos Nipple Chain when I experienced pain in the top of my breast. After doing a self breast exam I found a hard, painful, irregular lump in my breast. Of course, my mind screamed BREAST CANCER!

So I made an immediate trip to my OB/GYN. She quickly reassured me I didn’t have breast cancer, but I had developed a Fybroid mass in my breast.

Fibroids are hard lumps of irritated and inflamed tissue, and sometimes develop into permanent scar-like tumors. They occur for a number of reasons, like bras that are too tight or excess caffeine intake that builds up in the breast tissue. Come to find out, our breasts are like big, billowy, jiggly sponges that soak up things we put into our body.

Since I certainly didn’t want a permanently painful mass in my breast, I asked my doctor what I could do to get rid of the painful lump, without surgical intervention.

“You need to message your breasts to move the fluids around. Do it daily, until the lump disappears. Have your partner do it if you’d like, he’ll like it I’m sure! After the mass is gone, you need to continue to message them 2-3 times a week.”

As you can imagine, my partner wasn’t to upset with my new medical regimen at all.

So I wasn’t a bit surprised when I stumbled upon an Australian breast health study online that suggested stimulating your nipples 2-3 times a week, like wearing non piercing nipple jewelry, could reduce your risk for breast diseases, like breast cancer.

Professor Tim Murrell, of the Department of Community Medicine, at the University of Adelaide started a study in 1994 with 5000 women, asking them to stimulate their nipples for 2-3 minutes, twice a day.

Over the next 5 years, he expected to see up to 15 cases of breast cancer. Not one woman in the study developed breast cancer!

Here’s the science behind why nipple stimulation and breast play or message may reduce your beast cancer risk: Nipple stimulation such as wearing non piercing nipple jewelry, breast feeding, or nipple play durring sex release Oxytocin, a hormone that you body uses in tandem with Oestrogen and Progesterone. It’s called the love hormone, and it does all kinds of things, including causing the smooth muscle in your breasts to contract (this is what helps breast feeding women lactate) and relaxing your body and counteracting the stress hormone Cortisol.

It’s thought that the smooth muscle contractions brought on by a surge of oxytocin help to “clean out” the breast tissue. This contraction process stimulated the lymph system, and causes breast fluids to be ‘refreshed’.

Coupled with the fact that the American Cancer Society recently withdrew recommendations for self breast exams and are now in favor of “self breast awareness”, getting to know your breasts through the process of message, play and nipple stimulation, like putting on your non piercing nipple jewelry, is just good breast maintenance!

Not to mention, you’ll look smolderingly sexy while you work to reduce your risk of breast cancer!

Oh! And that fibroid issue? Gone.

Now, when I put on a piece of nipple jewelry from my private collection, I take a moment to love up my “ladies”. This way, not only am I messaging the breast tissue and encourage the fluids to move about, I will know if a lump does appear that isn’t normal.
