Holiday gift-giving can be a rewarding experience! When everything goes well, the receiver is overjoyed. The gift giver gets to bask in the glow of their admiration. Everyone is happy.
But when things go wrong, what then? What happens when you purchased something months ago and squirreled it away, only for it to be ill-fitting or the wrong color? How do you handle that when the return window expired long ago, but you just discovered the problem?
I get it. While buying early can ensure you get the exact gift you want, it comes fraught with unseen dangers.
Ain’t nobody got time for that!
To help ease the potential stress of your holiday gift-giving, I’ve enacted a temporary extension on our typical return period. Any purchase made from November 13th, 2022 through February 14th, 2023 can be returned as late as February 28th, 2023 as long as the jewelry is new, unworn, and not customized or engraved.
That means if you buy a Christmas gift in November, and you find out on the big day that it doesn’t fit, you can return it for the correct size! Bought a valentine’s day gift in January, and found it is the wrong color on the big day? No problem, we can get that sorted out.
You’ll still need to send me a return request like normal so that I can ensure your return gets handled smoothly, but as long as it meets the standard return criteria I’ll take it back and either refund you or exchange it (read more about our exchange policy here).
- If you purchase between 11/13/22 and 2/14/23 you can return your purchase through 2/28/23
- Your returned design needs to be unused and in original packaging.
- You can also exchange it for a different size or color during this period. Read the Exchange Policy Here.
- Customized or engraved designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
