Shipping Questions:
Oh, yes! Nothing is worse than nosy neighbors, or the postal worker knowing your business. To combat both, we always ship in a plain white mailing box with no external branding. It is very discreet.
I try to ship out orders super fast. But I do ask that you give me up to 7 business days to get your purchase packaged and on it’s way.
Need your order to go out ASAP? Purchase Rush Processing for same day or next day processing.
As a small handcrafted business, every order gets a personal touch from the artist, and that takes a little extra time. This is called Processing Time.
This time includes (but is not limited to) verifying payment, ensuring any customizations are correct, and doing any finishing touches your order needs to be perfect.
All orders are processed in a first come, first serve basis unless they have purchased Rush Processing.

International shipping times are as follows:

No. Shipping upgrades only effect the transit time of the chipping carrier that you choose. This does not shorten the Processing Time that I need to process your order.Â
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date or have a short timeline, please purchase Rush Processing.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering, especially if your timeline is short. I will work with you to help you choose the best shipping options to get your order to you in time.
You can also purchase Rush Processing for standard In Stock orders.
As of March of 2015 all European Union countries began charging and collecting a Value Added Tax for all goods (including digital download items) purchased from another country above a certain value (please check with your customs department for value thresholds). This is an Import Tax charged by your government, and not a charge initiated by Serenity in Chains. You will have received a remittance notice by your customs department, and in some countries this fee will need to be paid in order to receive your package. For further questions, please contact your local customs office.

I handcraft the design to the size that you choose when ordering. This will include the clasp length.Â

Yes! I can certainly make my no piercing nipple jewelry work with your existing piercings. Just contact me and we will discuss your jewelry and the best options for you.
I am happy to work in a variety of metals, including Gold and White Gold. If you would like a quote for a custom design in a precious metal please contact me.
Please note that due to constantly fluctuating metal market pricing, all precious metal quotes are good for 72 hours. After this time period your quote will expire, and will need to be re-quoted at current metal market pricing.
Yes! We are happy to make repairs to our designs or to jewelry you purchased elsewhere, for a fee. Please Contact Us about having an item repaired.

Although I hope you adore the designs that you have purchased, I understand that some things happen. I am happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please see my Return Policy for full details.
Wear and Care Questions.
We get this question a lot, especially for our bondage fashion pieces.
Almost all of our pieces are perfect for 24/7 wear, but here is a breakdown by metal:
- Stainless Steel: Perfect for 24/7 wear. Please note that ion plated stainless (black, gold, rainbow etc) maye fade over time due to body chemistry.
- Sterling Silver: Perfect for 24/7 wear
- Copper: Not recommended for 24/7 wear due to oxidation
- Aluminum only designs: Can be worn 24/7 but do not pull on them as the metal is soft.
- Niobium: Great for 24/7 wear, but colors may fade over time due to body chemistry.
- Titanium: Great for 24/7 wear, but colors may fade over time due to body chemistry.
- Gold: Wear with caution, hard water and body chemistry can make the metal brittle over time.
It is generally recommended that you remove your jewelry for showering purposes to maintain the longevity of the piece. However you can do so if you choose. We recommend gently drying your jewelry immediately after cleaning or showering. Please note that for some metals, such as sterling silver, contact with water may accelerate the tarnishing process.
Most of my designs are either tarnish proof or tarnish resistant and require no special cleaning agents or polish. Simple wash with gentle soap and water, and dry thoroughly with a towel.
For tarnished Sterling Silver, it is recommended that you use a silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish, or send it in to me for a professional cleaning.
